-Alright... so my FIRST words of advice to you are to NEVER follow all of that ana creed, oath, ten commadments or letter bullshit. Its all a bunch of crap that seriously, some psycho with absolutely no life made up. Never hate yourself for anything, everything goes by a lot easier if your happy and your not going to be happy if you obsess over food 24/7. If you don't think about food you won't be hungry.

-Before we move on to more tips there are two more things I want to cover.

1) puking

2) laxatives

Both are very, very, very bad!!!

You want to be skinny right? Right... But you don't want to die...? do you? because if you do then puking after eating and taking laxatives after eating will do it for you. They both fuck up your insides and they are both discusting! And externally, puking rots your teeth, and laxatives make it so that you can't shit without them... so your constipated and you have to get a little bag attached to your stomache that you have to shit in. How pleasant hey?

- Ok so now that we've covered all the unnessesary ( i don't know how to spell) we can move on to some tips! Alright.....

Distractions: very important when you are trying to avoid eating.

*walk your dog, or play with your cat

*clean your room or clean anything for that matter

*sleep (if you're like me and you can sleep on command, it really comes in handy)

*check out some pro-ana websites or maybe even make your own!

*THINSPIRATION... yah the pictures tend to make you feel like pure shit because you don't look that perfect. But it takes your mind off eating and puts your mind on things you should focus on and improve

*Spoil Yourself! peticures, manicures, facials, curl your hair, do your make up, go SHOPPING! but STAY AWAY FROM THE FOOD COURT!

*Excercise: If its nice out go jogging, rollerblading, walking any excercise is great. Go work out at the gym or do excercises in your house ( me... I do excercise tapes)

*Be a good little student and do your homework!

*Talk to other Pro- Anas like yourself (visit the pen pal page and find a pen pal!) Support each other, it really helps

*Make yourself a journal or scrap book... write down your feelings and what you ate each day and add pictures and recipes.

 

 

Excuses: You must have a variety of excuses for those pesky people who try to make you eat, the same ones will make them very suspicious.

-For those of you who, like me, have to eat at the dinner table with the rest of the family... there is hope! All you do is....

* go to a friend's house afterschool and tell him/her that you have to go home for dinner and once you get home tell your parents you ate at your friend's house

* tell your parents that your fave show is on and you wanna eat  downstairs or wherever the television is. Then just get rid of the food, flush it or feed it to your dog.

* ever had a canker sore? they are a serious pain in the ass! So tell your parents you have a canker sore and it really hurts to eat so your gonna wait and then "maybe"eat something later

* ok, so if your like me and you can sleep on command! Just sleep through dinner time and if your parents wake you up to come eat tell them your too tired and you'll eat something when you wake up ;)

* tell your parents you feel nauseas and you'd rather lay down because eating will make you feel worse

- Ok its not dinner anymore is everyday eating, such as snacks, lunches and breakfast and unless you have to eat snacks lunches and breakfast with your family then this is what I suggest for you

* if your parents make you a lunch to take to school, as mean as it sounds just either throw it away or give it away. Get it away from you, you don't need those temptations during the day

* in the morning... i actually think its ok to eat, because by the end of the day you'll have burnt most of it off anyways so i like to eat a yoghurt or apple or something.

* snacks: rustle around in the pantry or the fridge so your family thinks your eating or leave dirty plates laying around so it looks like you did eat

Now excuses are important but I'm afraid if you use them every single day people will get suspicious, there may be days when you'll have to sit and eat with your family... but don't worry about it just excercise a bit longer that night.
