-Alright... so my FIRST words of advice to you are to NEVER follow all of that ana creed, oath, ten commadments or letter bullshit. Its all a bunch of crap that seriously, some psycho with absolutely no life made up. Never hate yourself for anything, everything goes by a lot easier if your happy and your not going to be happy if you obsess over food 24/7. If you don't think about food you won't be hungry.
-Before we move on to more tips there are two more things I want to cover.
1) puking
2) laxatives
Both are very, very, very bad!!!
You want to be skinny right? Right... But you don't want to die...? do you? because if you do then puking after eating and taking laxatives after eating will do it for you. They both fuck up your insides and they are both discusting! And externally, puking rots your teeth, and laxatives make it so that you can't shit without them... so your constipated and you have to get a little bag attached to your stomache that you have to shit in. How pleasant hey?
- Ok so now that we've covered all the unnessesary ( i don't know how to spell) we can move on to some tips! Alright.....
Distractions: very important when you are trying to avoid eating.
*walk your dog, or play with your cat
*clean your room or clean anything for that matter
*sleep (if you're like me and you can sleep on command, it really comes in handy)
*check out some pro-ana websites or maybe even make your own!
*THINSPIRATION... yah the pictures tend to make you feel like pure shit because you don't look that perfect. But it takes your mind off eating and puts your mind on things you should focus on and improve
*Spoil Yourself! peticures, manicures, facials, curl your hair, do your make up, go SHOPPING! but STAY AWAY FROM THE FOOD COURT!
*Excercise: If its nice out go jogging, rollerblading, walking any excercise is great. Go work out at the gym or do excercises in your house ( me... I do excercise tapes)
*Be a good little student and do your homework!
*Talk to other Pro- Anas like yourself (visit the pen pal page and find a pen pal!) Support each other, it really helps
*Make yourself a journal or scrap book... write down your feelings and what you ate each day and add pictures and recipes.
